Refund Policy
We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how our refund policy applies:
Online Courses:
For online courses, you can request a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase, or before a certificate of completion has been issued—whichever comes first. Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of your request.
Classroom Registration:
For classroom registrations, we do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class. Additionally, there are no refunds for no-shows. Please ensure that you can attend before booking.
To avoid chargeback fees, all refunds must be requested and issued through our office. Please use this form to request a refund.
Replacement certificates can be issued for a fee of $5.00. Please click here to request a certificate replacement.
